How do I return an item?
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you'd like to return, we're happy to help you with a return based on our return policy outlined below. To start your return, go to: https://vegamour.com/a/returns.
Policy
Our serums can take up to 8 weeks for some people to see results. If you’re one of those people, we don’t want you to give up on having fabulous lashes or brows just because you’re worried about being eligible for a return. We’ll accept returns of new and used serums for any reason up to 90 days from the ship date.* To qualify for a full refund, the package must be postmarked within 90 days of the ship date. We ask that you mail the original item(s) back to us, including your name and order number on the package.
Ingestible items including but not limited to gummies, powdered supplements or other food items are not returnable and not eligible for a refund. Here at Vegamour, we strive for maximum safety and maximum results. Our ingestible products are manufactured in the USA in facilities that use FDA approved guidelines to ensure quality and safe products for your peace of mind. *The first order of any subscription is returnable per the above policy. Subsequent shipments, however, can be rescheduled at any time, are deeply discounted, and therefore cannot be returned.
