Is my order affected by COVID-19?
While we are shipping most orders normally, we are experiencing some delays. In most cases, delays will only be up to a few days, but some items could take longer. We are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. We are grateful for your support, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time.
We want to assure you that our distribution partner is following all the recommended guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local authorities. With that said, shipments to and from our warehouse may take longer than usual due to increased safety precautions to protect employees and delays from shipping carriers.
As ever, the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and communities is our top priority. Our leadership is closely monitoring ongoing guidance from local, state, and federal officials to ensure the health and safety of our team. And through the support of our customers, we’ve been able to raise over $30,000 for organizations, including the LA Regional Food Bank and the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation, who are assisting those in need in our local community.
